In a face to face, personal training setting, I work with people who want direct, expert guidance and coaching in order to achieve an outcome. People wanting to learn how to strength train, build muscle and strength, and others who want a total body transformation, or to drop body fat. In some cases, up to 30-40kg of fatloss.
People achieve results with me coaching them far quicker and more convincingly than if they try by themselves. In this environment they also develop the learning and tools required to help them maintain the results for the long-term.
Organisation
Clear defined goals and outcomes
1-3 personal training sessions per week,
Training programming provided for any additional self-led training sessions
Nutrition programming and coaching throughout - relative to your progress
4-12 hours per month contact time outside of personal training sessions, helping you implement your programme, nutrition and lifestyle changes
Bi-weekly/monthly progress tracking including body fat testing, muscle mass, blood pressure, resting heart rate, grip strength and training performance
Written, constructive feedback, bi-weekly/monthly, covering training - nutrition - health - performance to help you achieve your goals and learn throughout this process
