Online Health Coaching


In addition to my personal training services, I also run a private, online health coaching clinic. My online clinic is a preventative, health-focused coaching service, offering patients guidance, education and support in order to improve their health outcomes via lifestyle change.

Due to strained healthcare services, I am often filling the void between the GP room and eventual ill-health or disease. My aim is to offer patients expert, experienced advice, that would otherwise be unavailable, and work in an informative, preventative manner that allows people to regain control and take charge of their health.

How it works

STEP 1] - Initial conversation, completion of health & lifestyle questionnaire.

STEP 2] - Initial 1hour consultation to talk through your health, habits, lifestyle and desired outcomes.

STEP 3] - A further 6-12, 30 minute consultations will take place depending on your desired outcomes and ability to self-manage lifestyle change.

STEP 4] - Between coaching sessions you will be provided with supporting material to help you make lifestyle change and put into practice your weekly goals.

STEP 5] - Simple, actionable goals that will directly impact your health and can be applied to your lifestyle.

STEP 6] - With your effort & application, and my guidance, you’ll start making progress as the weeks and sessions pass. Once you have achieved your goal, or feel in a capable position to manage your health, you’ll be set up to maintain the lifestyle changes for the long-term.
