I teach and promote real world, common sense approaches to strength training, nutrition and health. I coach people how to build strength, how to build muscle, how to drop body fat — and keep it off — and how to optimise their health & longevity.

Clients trust me with their health, valuing my 20 years of experience and expertise in my field. Both of which are essential for helping someone get in shape. You can’t buy that know-how, but you can certainly hire it! 

My aim is to pass on my knowledge to you, and help you experience the benefits and joys that strength training brings in order to help you look, feel and operate at your best.

I offer a variety of services and resources that may be of interest to you:

  • personal training and strength training , being coached by me out of my training base in Aldgate/Liverpool St. Central London

  • online personal training if you are unable to work with me in-person, you can work with me online

  • online programmes , follow my workouts and programmes in online app format.
